2. Nature of Service

DotLimo operates as an online directory and advertising platform only.
We do not:

  • Facilitate bookings

  • Process payments for services

  • Act as an agent or broker

3. Listings & Content

  • Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their listings

  • DotLimo may edit, suspend, or remove listings at its discretion

  • We do not verify licenses, permits, or regulatory compliance

4. Premium Listings & Fees

  • Premium Listings are paid promotional services

  • Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable once activated

  • Premium Listings do not guarantee leads, bookings, or revenue

  • Placement, features, and visibility may change over time

5. Billing & Cancellation

  • Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal details are disclosed at purchase

  • Businesses are responsible for timely cancellation if applicable

  • No refunds are issued for partial use periods

6. User Responsibilities

Users agree:

  • Not to misuse the Platform

  • Not to submit false or misleading information

  • To conduct independent verification before engaging any provider

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, and design are owned by DotLimo and may not be copied without permission.


8. Limitation of Liability

DotLimo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.


9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access or listings at any time for policy violations or legal compliance.


10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.


Courts located in Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
